Location This beach hotel is situated in Madinat Makadi, close to Makadi souk, which features an array of restaurants and shops, and lies approximately 30 km to the south of Hurghada. Facilities There are a total of 145 rooms on offer within the hotel, of which 7 are family rooms. The hotel comprises 3 buildings that lie in a U-shape and offer a stylish Arabian-Nubian ambience. Amongst the facilities count an air-conditioned foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange desk in addition to a restaurant and a selection of bars. It is possible to take advantage of the room and laundry services. Rooms Each of the rooms features an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a small fridge, satellite/ cable TV, individually controllable air conditioning and heating, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace. Sports/Entertainment In the garden complex is a heated pool with a poolside snack bar around which sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use. Amongst the inclusive offerings at this beach resort count sports such as volleyball, tennis (court available for use during the day), table tennis, garden chess, a gym, darts, billiards and table football. On payment of an additional fee, it is possible to make use of the floodlit tennis court, or to hire a pedalo boat, speedboat, snorkelling or dive equipment as well as to participate in courses and to go surfing, sailing, water skiing, horse riding, camel riding or on a quad bike tour. A sauna, Jacuzzi and gym are located within the nearby Khan Center and it is possible to play squash at the Iberotel Makadi Oasis. Meals An all-inclusive stay may be booked, which includes national and international cuisine offered in a buffet style, ice cream, tea and cake as well as snacks, non-alcoholic beverages and local alcoholic drinks.
