Location This luxury hotel is set in landscaped gardens with a total area of about 300,000 m². It enjoys its own private beach, more than 1 km long, with a natural lagoon and two points of direct access to the open sea. The resort is situated between the Desert Mountains and the Red Sea, and lies approximately 16 km from Hurghada airport. Facilities Established in 2001, this air-conditioned hotel consists of two buildings with a total of 608 rooms, of which 36 are junior suites. Guests are welcomed at this family-friendly beach hotel in the lobby with a reception desk manned around the clock, and further facilities include a bank and currency exchange facility, a beauty salon, a 24-hour Internet café, a bar, a pub, and a restaurant. Guests may make use of the 24-hour room service, the bicycle hire facility, and the medical assistance with in-house doctor (charges apply). Younger guests may enjoy the evening mini-disco, the special kids menu, the kids’ club with supervised activities, or let off steam in the large play area. A car park is available for those arriving by car. Rooms The standard double rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Also provided as standard in all accommodation units is a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a minibar, a double or king-size bed, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating, a safe, and either a balcony or terrace. Sports/Entertainment In the hotel grounds there are three swimming pools, one of which is a saltwater pool with a slide, one which is a family pool with a children’s area, and one which is an Olympic pool. Guests may also relax at the poolside snack bar or make use of the sun loungers and parasols. For an extra charge, it is also possible to take advantage of the Health Club with a free gym, the sauna, the Jacuzzi, and the massage and varied spa treatments. There are also three floodlit clay tennis courts and a multifunctional sports pitch. Guests may play beach volleyball, table tennis, darts, water polo, basketball, bocce, and billiards, in addition to water sports such as snorkelling, windsurfing, pedal boating, and fishing. Aerobics and cycling are also possible, and the hotel organises a diverse entertainment programme for guests of all ages. Meals Guests may serve themselves from the international buffets at breakfast, lunch and dinner. At midday and in the evenings guests may also dine from the à la carte menu. Special dietary requirements may be catered for. Guests may book either a half board or full board stay. Payment American Express, MasterCard and VISA are all accepted in the hotel. Misc.
