Location Located in the heart of downtown London it is conveniently close to the train and bus terminals, London Convention Centre as well as the John Labatt Centre. Facilities Constructed in 1905 and renovated in 2006, the building in which this city hotel is located was originally used for training Canadian soldiers during the two world wars. Children will be fascinated by the archival photographs, uniforms and other wartime artefacts on display throughout the hotel. With a total of 206 rooms, this fully air conditioned hotel also offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange and lifts. In addition, it features a restaurant, a bar, Internet access and conference facilities. Room and laundry services are also provided as well as parking facilities and a children’s playground along with a kids club. Rooms Deluxe rooms are available on request with one queen-size bed and a double sofa bed or two queen-sized beds. The hotel also offers adjoining rooms and features some rooms with patio doors overlooking the restaurant or pool and others with a private patio walk out by the pool. All rooms come with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, Internet access, individually adjustable heating and air-conditioning, safe deposit box, a small fridge, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, ironing facilities as well as tea/coffee making facilities. Sports/Entertainment On offer are a heated indoor swimming pool, children’s pools, sun loungers, a gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, and a range of spa treatments. How to get there From either east or west, exit highway 401 at Wellington street north. Travel north on Wellington street to Dundas street. Make a right onto Dundas Street and the hotel is on the right side at 325 Dundas street.
